Welcome to the website operated by Search Garden LLC (“Search Garden,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

  1. Eligibility and account basics

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.

  1. Site content and ownership

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by Search Garden or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

  1. Subscription, Billing, and Payment Terms

Search Garden offers subscription-based SEO monitoring services billed on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By initiating a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you authorize Search Garden to charge your payment method on file in accordance with your selected plan.

Billing cycles. Monthly subscriptions are billed once per month on the anniversary of your original sign-up date. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your original sign-up date. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Free trial. If you begin service with a free trial, your payment method will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service through the end of the period for which you have already been charged.

Refund policy. All billing is final. Search Garden does not issue refunds for any current or previous billing periods, partial months, unused time, or any other reason. No exceptions. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Service description and limitations. SEO monitoring services consist of reports and alerts based on SEO factors that Search Garden deems relevant at its sole discretion. The SEO factors monitored, reported on, and alerted upon may change at any time without notice, reflecting changes in search engine algorithms, industry best practices, or Search Garden’s internal assessment of what constitutes meaningful SEO risk. Search Garden makes no guarantee of specific metrics, data points, or reporting formats in perpetuity.

Search Garden does not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, organic traffic levels, or business outcomes as a result of its monitoring services. SEO monitoring is an informational service only. Results will vary based on factors outside Search Garden’s control, including but not limited to search engine algorithm changes, competitive landscape, website changes made by the client or their agents, and overall domain authority.

  1. User submissions and feedback

If you submit ideas, feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for site operation and marketing. Do not submit confidential information through public forms.

  1. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party widgets and analytics. We do not control or endorse third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by their terms.

  1. AI and automated features on the site

If the site offers AI-assisted forms, chat, or generators, outputs are provided for convenience and require your review. Do not rely on outputs as legal, medical, or financial advice.

  1. Privacy and cookies

Our total liability related to your use of the site or any Search Garden service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Search Garden in the two (2) months preceding the claim.
