Roots in the Trades
It started at 15 in irrigation — spring startups, winterizations, service calls across Massachusetts and North Carolina. Nearly 30 years in the field, working residential and commercial systems, running a crew, owning a company. The phone-not-ringing feeling in April is a memory, not a metaphor.
A Decade in Hardscape
Then came a decade running a skid steer — patios, retaining walls, steps, outdoor living spaces across New England. Two trade businesses, two sets of customers, two completely different marketing challenges. Both taught what actually drives leads in the trades.
