AI Policy

Last updated: December 30, 2025

Search Garden LLC (“Search Garden,” “we,” “us,” “our”) uses AI assisted tools to improve speed and quality across our work. This page explains how we use AI, how we protect client data, and what choices you have.

1) Purpose

We use AI to accelerate research, analysis, and drafting while keeping human judgment in charge. Our goal is better outcomes for small local businesses with clear accountability and quality control.

2) Where we use AI

    • Research support (keyword discovery, topic clustering, competitive analysis)

    • Drafting aids (outlines, meta tags, content suggestions)

    • Quality checks (style, grammar, duplicate detection)

    • Simple automations (summaries, task routing)

3) Human review and accountability

All client facing work is reviewed by a human editor before delivery. Strategy decisions, final wording, and site changes are approved by a Search Garden team member.

4) Data we process

We may process website URLs, on page content, public search results, analytics exports you provide, and short briefs or prompts you submit through forms or email.

5) Client data and model training

We do not use client confidential data to train public AI models. We do not permit our providers to train on your non public data without your written consent. If a vendor cannot disable training, we will not send your non public data to that vendor.

6) Security and privacy safeguards

We use reputable AI providers and standard security practices for access control, encryption in transit where available, and least privilege access for team and contractors. See our Privacy Policy for more on data collection, retention, and your rights.

7) Intellectual property and ownership

Upon full payment under your agreement, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your business as stated in your SOW or contract. We may reuse general know how, prompts, and templates that are not specific to your brand.

8) Quality, accuracy, and citations

AI outputs can contain errors. We fact check important claims and avoid making legal, medical, or financial assertions. When sources are required, we cite or link to them. You should review deliverables for regulatory or industry specific requirements.

9) Third party AI providers

We may use third party AI platforms and APIs. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We select providers that offer data controls and enterprise safeguards where possible.

10) Your choices

    • You can ask us not to use AI on specific tasks. This may affect timelines or cost.

    • You can request deletion of AI generated drafts we stored for your project, subject to legal and operational limits.

    • You can request a list of AI providers used on your project.

11) Prohibited uses

We do not use AI to create deceptive content, deepfakes, or spam. We avoid tactics that violate search engine guidelines or applicable laws. We do not knowingly generate content that infringes third party rights.

12) Compliance

We aim to align with search platform guidelines and applicable privacy rules. If your industry has special requirements, tell us and we will adjust our process.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this AI Policy as our tooling or practices evolve. The updated version will be posted here with a new Last updated date.
